Chinese shares rallied on the first trading day of the year 2020. President Trump said on Twitter that he would deal a deal on phase one agreement with China in Washington mid-month. He also mentioned that he would arrange for a visit to Beijing for “phase-two” trade agreement, but did not specify exact detail of the plan. Peter Navarro from White House said “That one’s in the bank, we are waiting for the Chinese translation of the agreement.” The People’s Bank of China said it will lower RRR(reserve requirement ratio) by 50bp, starting on 6th of January. According to this stimulus measure, the RRR of big banks will be reduced to 12.5% from 6th of January. December PMI reported was 51.5. PMI has been exceeding 50 since August. With all positive factors, shares soared on Thursday in China. The Shanghai Composite Index rose 1.15% to 3,085.20. The Shenzhen Composite Index soared 1.93% to 1,756.16. The CSI 300 index gained 1.36% on the day, closed at 4,152.24, recording the highest since February last year.
Following Asian session, European shares also gained on Thursday due to optimistic headlines regarding trade optimism, China’s stimulus measure and upbeat data. The STOXX 600 index rose 0.93% to 419.72. The DAX index gained 1.03% to 13,385.93. The CAC40 index soared 1.06% to 6,041.50 and the FTSE100 index was up 0.82%, closed at 7,604.30.
In New York, major indexes renewed record high on Thursday. While tensions were heightening in the Middle East with US sending more troops, the impact on the market was limited as there were no further armed conflict yet. Economic data released on the day were mixed. The jobless claim was 222k(seasonally adjusted), lower than market expectation and recorded 3rd consecutive weeks decline. However, December Manufacturing PMI was 52.4, lower than previous month and preliminary data. New York market followed optimistic headlines. Upbeat Chinese economic data, Beijing’s stimulus measure, and phase one agreement scheduled in mid-January boosted market sentiment. New York stock experts said China’s stimulus measures will support the market earlier this year. The Dow Jones Industrial Average 30 soared 1.16% to 28,868.80 and the S&P 500 index was up 0.84%, closed at 3,257.85. The Nasdaq recorded the highest gain among major indexes, soaring 1.33% to 9,092.19.

How can I open a live account?
1. Click the link ‘open live account.
2. Fill in all required fields for registration.

What are the requirements of opening a live account?
To open a Live Account, you must submit an online application with a signed client agreement form.
When can I start trading?
You can start trading immediately once you have completed the registration process, uploaded your documents and deposited funds into your account.
How to transfer funds to the correct account when I have more than one account and made a wrong deposit?
If you wish to make an internal transfer, you will need to fill out an internal transfer form.
According Why is the spread always higher than the 1.5 spread you advertise?
While we advertise that the spread starts FROM 1.5 pips, it should be understood that this could change at any time since the spread is floating and not fixed.
What are the fees per payment method?
The only fees that occur are from the respective banks or payment processing companies, and will differ by method. We do not charge any additional fee on our end on neither deposits nor withdrawals. The amount credited to your account is the actual amount received by us.
How can I recover lost or forgotten password?
In the login page, click ‘Forgot Password’. On the following page, ender email address. The link to recover your password will be sent to the email. Please keep in mind that the link will expire in one day.
Why can’t I login to my MT4? (No connection error)
Please make sure the password you are using is correct (check to see that ‘caps lock’ is not on), and also check the server that you are trying to log into is the correct one.
I don’t remember my password. What should I do?
"You can retrieve your password on log in page.
Alternatively, please send us an email at email@example.com with your account number and one identification document, and we will issue you a new password.
For security purposes, please change your password after logging in."
How do I change my MT4 password?
"To change your MT4 password, please log into your MT4 Platform and click on: Tools, Options, then click on “Change” next to the password Tab. Enter both your current password and a new one, then click OK."
When trying to place an order, MT4 shows ‘context busy’. What should I do?
"Please restart the platform as this could be a result of multiple mouse clicks while an order was being processed."
How can I change leverage?
"You can request leverage change after login to Trader’s Portal.
Set the necessary leverage adjustment and fill out the contact form in the trader’s portal.
Once submitted, we check the request on regular basis and will be approved.
Leverage change request can be done once a day and you cannot request for leverage change if you have any open positions on your account. "

Can I trade micro lots?
Yes. We offer micro lots trade.
What are the trading hours?
"The trading hours are 24 hours/day, beginning at 00:00 Monday and ending at 24:00 Friday server time.
Server time is GMT + 2 (GMT + 3 during daylight saving/summer time)."
I tried to login to the MT4 Demo/Live account and it says “invalid account/no connection”. What should I do?
"Please check to see when you opened your account. Demo accounts have a 30-day expiry period. Otherwise, please check that you are using the correct password and server."
Why are the spreads higher after 2AM?
"This is because all markets close between the hours of 23:00 to 02:00 server time, and therefore there is very low liquidity in the market during that time."
I was charged a higher swap. Why?
"Please check the day on which the transaction was performed. The rate that applies is tripled on Wednesdays to account for the weekend."
Why are the buy/sell symbols disabled when I try to perform a trade?
Please check to make sure that you have entered the correct minimum volume.
What is the difference between Balance and Equity shown on my trading platform?
"Balance indicates Profit/Loss of your closed positions while Equity is the real-time calculation of Profit/Loss, i.e. it takes both open and closed potions into account."
Why is the price on the chart different from the price shown on my trading terminal?
"The difference in price shown is due to the spread.
The charts show the Bid price by default. A Buy position is opened with the Ask price and closed with the Bid price.
You need to add the spread to the Bid price to figure the Ask price."
Can I cancel an instant order request?
"You may not be able to cancel the request even if you click “cancel” if the request has already been sent to our trading server.
As a reminder, the platform will also provide the message: “Closing this window will not guarantee the cancelling of the order”."
Why was my pending order deleted?
Your pending order will be deleted from the system if there is not enough free margin (Equity –Used Margin) to cover the margin required to open the said order.
My order was stopped out. Why?
"Your order will be stopped out when the margin level (Equity/Used Margin) of your trading account goes below 100%.
This will initiate a stop-loss and your positions will start closing beginning with the most unprofitable."
I placed a take-profit order but the position was closed with a loss. Why?
This is likely due to the fact that when you placed a take-profit order, your open position was already at a loss, so the take-profit acted as a stop-loss, therefore the position closed with a loss. That is, take-profit was placed below the opening price but above the prevailing market price.
Why am I getting “Re-quotes”?
"This may be due to a high volatility in the market, where prices are rapidly fluctuating, and thus we need to offer you the latest market price. When this occurs, you can either accept the new re-quote or reject it and cancel placing the order.
Another possible reason may be that there is a slow or bad internet connection which can delay the transmission of order, i.e. you could be viewing outdated prices on your trading platform instead of the latest market prices."
Do you support Trailing Stops and Expert Advisors?
We do support both programs. Please note however that such additional programs are run under your full responsibility as they depend on your client trading terminal.
What are the allowed currencies I can use to deposit funds into my trading account?
WYou can deposit in any currencies and it will be exchanged, then credited into E-wallet in USD.
What is the required minimum for opening a trading account?
"There is no set amount for minimum deposit.
However, to start trading, we recommend minimum deposit of USD 1,000 or equivalent in other currency."
How long does it take for my funds to be deposited into my trading platform?
"We credit the funds ASAP. For electronic payment system or credit cards payment, they will be credited instantly. However, bank transfer does take time.
We try our best to make fast withdrawal through bank transfer however processing time can vary depends on corresponding bank."
Can I withdraw funds when I have open positions?
"Yes, you can. You should note though that when you submit a withdrawal request, your free margin must be higher than the amount specified in the withdrawal instruction, including all payment fees.
Free margin is calculated as equity less necessary margin (required to maintain an open position).
In the case of insufficient funds, your request will be automatically cancelled and you will need to resubmit a new withdrawal request."
How do I withdraw my funds from my trading account?
"You will need to fill out a withdrawal request.
Once the request is received by our account management officers, they will process it accordingly."
How long does it take for me to receive the funds I withdraw from my trading account to my personal account?
Your withdrawal request is usually processed by us within one business day; however please note that it may take approximately 3-5 business days for the funds to be credited to your bank account.
Are there any charges for withdrawals?
There is no charge from us on deposits or withdrawals.
Can I withdraw the bonus I receive?
Trading Bonus will be held solely for trading with Hyperforex and cannot be withdrawn.
The amount withdrawn was less than the amount I specified. Why?
The amount that was not withdrawn is a proportion of the deposit bonus or the service charge.
